Support & Resistance

A level is a price where decisions happened. Three patterns cover most of what levels do: they flip roles, they get swept, and they fence the range.

SR-01

Role reversal

Broken support becomes resistance, broken resistance becomes support. The retest of a flipped level is the cleanest entry structure gives you.

Invalidated when price re-crosses the level and holds.

SR-02

Sweep & reclaim

Price wicks through the level, then closes right back above it: the break found no sellers, only stops. Failed breaks travel — in the other direction.

Invalidated when the close stays beyond the level.

SR-03

Range extremes

Between two levels, price ping-pongs. Trade the edges where risk is defined and the crowd is wrong — never the middle where nothing is.

The range is dead after a close and hold outside it.
